For more than 35 years the hospital has a special chamber to work with samples of bacteria. It has been the first TB laboratory in Ecuador for crops. Now the Ministry of Health took responsibility for TB. We use the laboratory for fungal and other tests. That’s why we need to fix this cabinet, change the filters and repair the engine to receive a safety certificate for the staff.
