Every month we have a staff meeting on how to select trash to keep the environment cleaner.
This month we work on conflict resolution within the team and with clients. In groups we prepare a solution and then “represent” the conflict and the best solution in front of the whole group.
Lots of fun despite the serious subject. We are always learning and growing.
